mmk8 Terms & Conditions and Terms of Service Agreement

This page sets out the official terms of service, financial policies and account management guidelines that all Myanmar players using the mmk8 platform must read and understand.

1 Introduction and Agreement

From the moment you use the mmk8 service, you are considered to have read and agreed to comply with these terms. Please read this document carefully before accessing the platform, opening an account, making a deposit, or playing any game.

This agreement is a legally binding contract between the player ("you") and the mmk8 platform ("we"). While mmk8 aims not to change these terms without prior notice, amendments may be made when necessary, with advance notice given to players. Continued use of the platform after any amendment is taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

Important notice: This platform is only available to Myanmar players aged 21+. Anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted to use any part of this service.

2 Account Registration and User Responsibilities

2.1 Account Registration Requirements

Anyone opening an account on mmk8 must meet the following requirements—

  • Must be 21 years of age or older
  • Must provide accurate and truthful personal information
  • Each person may only open one account — using multiple accounts to gain advantage from promotions is not permitted
  • The account must be used by the account holder only; transfers to third parties are not allowed
  • Access is available from Myanmar

2.2 Account Access Security

Players must keep their login credentials — username and password — secure at all times. mmk8 is not responsible for any account loss or financial loss resulting from credential leaks. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact customer service immediately.

2.3 Account Closure

Players may close their account at any time. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before closure — however, unused bonus funds cannot be withdrawn.

3 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

The following Myanmar payment methods are available for deposits at mmk8 —

  • KBZPay
  • Wave Money
  • AYA Pay
  • CB Pay
  • Bank Transfer

Minimum deposit amount — 3,000 Ks via any method. Deposits are typically credited to your account almost instantly. If a deposit is incomplete or delayed, please contact customer service.

3.2 Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount — 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are reviewed by the team and processed within 10–45 minutes. At the time of the withdrawal request, the player's account must have a balance exceeding the withdrawal amount.

While a withdrawal request is under review, mmk8 may request a Myanmar National Registration Card and proof of bank account ownership to complete verification.

3.3 Anti-Money Laundering

Depositing and immediately withdrawing funds without any related gameplay ("Smurfing") is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account may be closed immediately and the funds held pending investigation.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

mmk8 gives a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 100,000 Ks. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager 25x the bonus amount.

Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 50,000 Ks. You must wager 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks to meet the requirement.

Example 2: Deposit 140,000 Ks and receive a 100,000 Ks bonus, giving a total balance of 240,000 Ks. You must wager 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks to meet the requirement.

4.2 Bonus Eligibility and Forfeiture

After claiming a bonus, you cannot withdraw until the wagering requirement is met. If you request a withdrawal before meeting the requirement, the bonus funds may be reclaimed.

4.3 VIP Tier Cashback

mmk8 has 5 VIP tiers. Players can advance to higher tiers based on their gameplay history and total deposits —

  • Bronze — up to 0.3% cashback per week
  • Silver — up to 0.6% cashback per week
  • Gold — up to 0.9% cashback per week
  • Platinum — up to 1.2% cashback per week
  • Diamond — up to 1.5% cashback per week

Cashback funds are credited to the bonus section and may be subject to any active wagering requirements.

5 Fair Play Conduct and Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the mmk8 platform —

  • Opening more than one account to claim bonuses repeatedly
  • Using software, bots, or automated betting tools
  • Harassing or threatening other players or staff
  • Using arbitrage betting to claim bonuses
  • Using fraudulent payment methods
  • Attempting to defraud the platform through collusion

If any of the above violations are detected, mmk8 may immediately close the account and freeze the funds. This decision is made entirely at mmk8's discretion.

6 Game Fairness and Technical Issues

6.1 Random Number Generator (RNG)

The payout outcomes of games on mmk8 are processed using certified and audited RNG technology, so no player or staff member can know a game result in advance.

6.2 Technical Malfunction

If a game result appears to be incorrect due to a server error, network issue, or software malfunction, mmk8 may cancel the affected round and return the wagered amount. Any payouts collected during the malfunction period cannot be withdrawn.

7 Personal Data Protection

mmk8 protects players' personal data using SSL encryption. Players' personal information will not be shared with third parties for any reason without a legal requirement. You can read the full privacy policy on the Privacy Policy page.

8 Limitation of Liability

mmk8 is not responsible for financial losses resulting from a player's own gaming decisions. The platform always strives to provide fair play without interruption; however, mmk8 cannot be held liable for service disruptions caused by external network issues, bank service delays, or natural disasters such as earthquakes.

  • Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the player
  • Losses arising from the player disclosing their account login credentials
  • Losses arising from the player's failure to claim a bonus they were eligible for

9 Responsible Gaming Commitment

mmk8 prioritises the health and financial safety of its players. Players must understand that gaming should be for entertainment purposes and is not a way to make money.

10 Terms Amendments and Contact

mmk8 may update these terms at any time, and any changes will be published on the platform. Continued use of the platform from the date of publication will be taken as acceptance of the updated terms.

Withdrawals are reviewed and normally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. You can withdraw via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer; the minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks.

If your account is closed due to a breach of the terms, your remaining balance may be held until an investigation is complete. If you close your account voluntarily, you may withdraw your remaining balance — any bonus funds that have not yet met the wagering requirement will not be paid out.

If mmk8 amends these terms, the revision date will be clearly shown on the platform. Please note that continuing to access and use your account after any changes are made will be taken as acceptance of those changes.

Using bots or software that automatically places bets damages the fairness of RNG games and negatively affects the experience of other players. For these reasons it is strictly prohibited.
